Flavors of the Southern Coast is the second in a series of cookbooks that Tommy Bahama partnered with Chronicle Books and the expertise of Pamela Geismar and her team to produce. Many of the recipes are from our own restaurant menus adapted by Rick Rodgers for the average kitchen, along with many that he's added to give the book that extra southern kick.
